Prices: Premium (Individual): US$7 / month or US$70 / year
Corporate: US$200 / month or US$2,000 / year
Additional fees: Internet connection and data charges are borne by the customer. Your card issuer may charge currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.
Payment method: Credit card, processed by Stripe, Inc. Charged in US dollars.
Payment timing: Charged when you subscribe, then automatically at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly). If you subscribe before the service launches on December 1, 2026, the period until then is free and your first payment is charged on December 1, 2026.
Delivery: Immediately after payment, you can download the member data (Japanese company and product lists) from your account page.
Cancellation: Cancel at any time from “Manage subscription” on your account page. The plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling during the free period costs nothing.
Returns and refunds: Because the services are digital content, fees already paid are not refundable and we do not offer prorated refunds. If we fail to provide the services for reasons attributable to us, we will refund the affected period. See the Terms of Use.
System requirements: Latest Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari or Firefox. A spreadsheet application to open Excel files.
