Overview

Mimasu Semiconductor Industry is headquartered in Gunma Prefecture. It takes on the series of steps that turn an ingot into a finished wafer: slicing, edge grinding, lapping, etching, mirror polishing and cleaning.

It works closely with Shin-Etsu Handotai and processes 300 mm wafers in volume. It also runs a wafer reclaim business.
