Overview
TOPPAN Holdings is headquartered in Taito, Tokyo and grew out of printing technology. Its semiconductor businesses use the same patterning and etching know-how.
It supplies photomasks, including EUV phase-shift masks and ArF immersion masks, and FC-BGA package substrates, and is developing glass core substrates for future packages.
