Overview
Tokuyama's polysilicon is the raw material for semiconductor silicon wafers. Wafer makers melt it and pull it into single-crystal ingots.
Its purity is 99.999999999% (eleven nines, 11N). Tokuyama also makes the high-purity trichlorosilane raw material in-house. It is supplied in several forms, such as nuggets and cut rods.
