Overview
T6391 is Advantest's test system for display driver ICs (DDI). It is the latest model in the T6300 series, the industry-standard DDI tester with more than 3,700 systems installed worldwide.
Higher display resolutions and more functions require DDIs with higher performance and more integration, which makes testing more complex. T6391 handles next-generation DDIs with more pins, faster data and more functions, while keeping the existing environment such as the TDL language and greatly speeding up data processing and transfer.
LCD testing with up to 3,584 channels enables efficient multi-site testing, and an upgraded CPU and architecture deliver high throughput. It supports TDDI for mobile, high-precision small-amplitude DDIs for AR/VR and high-speed DDIs, and can perform highly accurate grayscale tests at the microvolt level.
