Overview
7038 is Advantest's low-cost system-level test (SLT) system for high-volume production. With fully automated operation, it delivers massively parallel, highly modular system-level testing with what Advantest calls the best cost performance in the industry.
Its high-speed handler not only places devices on interface boards but also carries the boards to test racks and inserts them into and removes them from test units automatically. It tests up to 720 devices at once at a throughput of 5,000 UPH.
It is highly modular and can be customized for double-sided PoP contact testing and temperature testing from room temperature to high temperature. For structural tests over high-speed I/O, SCAN, LBIST and MBIST can be run at the system level and correlated with V93000 test results. It is used for mobile, automotive, PC/server and IoT/wearable devices.
