Overview

V93000 is Advantest's single, scalable test platform for SoC testing. The same platform scales from engineering configurations to high-volume production configurations. This page focuses on the configuration for power and analog devices.

Power cards include DC Scale XPS256, which covers currents from mA to well over 1,000 A with high accuracy and dynamic response; XPS128+HV, which handles high voltages from -10 V to +24 V; XHC32, an ultra-high power density card that can be ganged without limit; and PMUX02, which extends the voltage range with solid-state switches. Power and analog instruments such as AVI64, FVI16 and PowerMUX are also available.

For digital, there is Pin Scale 5000, described as the fastest general-purpose ATE pin; for RF, Wave Scale RF20ex; and DUT Scale Duo, which enlarges the usable DUT board area by more than 50%. The software is SmarTest 8, based on Linux and Eclipse. It is used to test AI/HPC, ADAS, mobile/RF, silicon photonics, and automotive and industrial chips. The latest generation configuration is called V93000 EXA Scale.
