Overview

EVA100 is a measurement system from Advantest. It is a combined instrument that puts the measurement functions needed for characterization, functional evaluation and production readiness evaluation of devices and control boards (power supplies, VI sources, pattern generator, waveform generator, capture and more) into one compact unit.

As analog and sensor ICs grow in importance and analog and digital converge, it lets users build in one unit a measurement setup that used to combine several instruments. Each function can be synchronized with high timing accuracy, giving high repeatability without special operating skills.

It can be used from evaluation through volume production for sensor ICs, analog ICs such as DC-DC converters, mixed-signal ICs such as AD/DA converters, digital ICs such as MCUs, and control boards including automotive ECUs. Another strength is its intuitive operating environment, which uses no programming language.
