Overview
Adwill is LINTEC's brand of products for semiconductors and electronic components. It covers both the adhesive tapes used in back-end semiconductor processes and the equipment that handles those tapes.
Tapes include UV-curable and non-UV dicing tapes, protection tapes that protect the wafer surface during backside grinding (backgrinding), special films for die attach, and backside protection tapes.
Equipment includes tape laminators, tape removers, wafer mounters and UV irradiation systems. Together they support backgrinding, dicing/mounting and dicing before grinding (DBG).
