Overview
Clean stocker CDS350-M3 is Murata Machinery's stocker for storing carriers (FOUPs). It supports dual cranes, with two cranes for loading and unloading, and complex port configurations can be built with conveyors.
Combined with the TW3 tower stocker, which handles transport between floors, and the OHB buffer placed under the overhead track, it stores FOUPs between processes.
