Overview
CDWX is Murata Machinery's bare wafer stocker. It is a system that stores wafers taken out of FOUPs at high density.
High-density storage with a wafer pitch about 60% smaller than in FOUPs creates an ideal wafer storage environment in minimal space. Capacity is 1,725 to 4,325 wafers and can be expanded to up to 20,825.
Cells can be retrieved even while the system is running, and the system specification can be configured flexibly. For cleanrooms, Murata Machinery also offers storage equipment such as the CDS350-M3 clean stocker with dual cranes, the TW3 tower type, the OHB placed under the overhead track and the TS300 buffer in front of tools.
