Overview

WINTEST is headquartered in Yokohama, Kanagawa. Its BI-M series monitor burn-in systems burn in logic, analog and high-voltage power device ICs while monitoring their operation, with a track record of up to 1.6 Gbps (125 °C) for DDR3.

The WTS-377, launched in December 2010, tests digital-output CMOS image sensors at wafer and final test, with 16 devices in parallel as standard and up to 32.

Business: Burn-in and image sensor test systems
