Overview
HA7200 is Advantest's temperature and pressure unit. Automotive sensors must work correctly even at temperatures colder or hotter than a vehicle's operating range.
Advantest's own temperature control technology and a dedicated pressure controller provide a fast, accurate temperature and pressure environment for testing pressure sensors. Because temperature is applied directly to the device under test, it stabilizes at the test temperature quickly. A small chamber for each device lets pressure switch quickly too.
Combined with the EVA100 measurement system and a handler as a sensor test cell system, it provides a consistent, space-saving test environment from design evaluation through volume production testing, and helps lower operating costs.
