Overview
Musashi Engineering makes fully automatic dispensers for semiconductors and packaging. The FAD5100S dispenses underfill into the gap between flip-chip-mounted chips and substrates, and the FAD5700 is a high-end machine for semiconductor, packaging and automotive applications. Both have wafer-level versions (FAD5100S-WH and FAD5700-WH) with EFEM support.
