Overview
The MT series is Advantest's power semiconductor test platform. It consists of DC and AC test systems for power semiconductors such as IGBTs, MOSFETs, diodes and thyristors, as well as wide-bandgap devices such as SiC and GaN.
It supports test conditions up to 10 kV-10 kA for DC and up to 6 kV-18 kA for AC, covering test conditions for every application, including industrial, automotive, new energy, railway and power grid. It performs DC and AC tests (including short-circuit tests) in line with international standards such as IEC and JEDEC.
It covers every stage of production, from wafer test and bare die testing (KGD) to testing DBC/AMB substrates, discrete boards and complex modules. The configuration can be changed to suit test needs, running DC, AC or both in one system.
