Overview
M4173 is Advantest's single-site test handler for R&D. It packs the same efficient temperature control as volume production handlers into a portable size, optimizing temperature testing and heat management in semiconductor development.
It brings automation to development labs, where devices are usually placed by hand and sorted according to the results. It can be operated over a network from anywhere in the world and shared by engineers at different sites, raising the uptime of the connected test system.
It controls temperature from −45 °C to 125 °C and can run three kinds of test: room, hot and cold. It contacts the device surface directly for rapid cooling and heating, making temperature cycling tests 40% more efficient than manual work. It connects to a variety of test systems and supports 2D code reading and automated retesting.
