Overview
T5503HS2 is Advantest's memory test system for DRAM. Centered on the DDR5 and LPDDR5 generation, it can test DDR4, LPDDR4, HBM and other devices at up to 9 Gbps.
Timing accuracy is ±45 ps, and a 4.5 GHz high-speed clock is available as an option. It has as many as 16,256 channels, which Advantest says gives the highest parallelism in the industry for SDRAM testing.
It has a function that tracks DQS-DQ timing in real time and adjusts it automatically, and an algorithmic pattern generator (ALPG). The programmable power supply responds 4 times faster than the previous model, and existing T5503 systems can be upgraded.
