Organic analysis instruments
Organic analysis instruments identify organic substances such as contamination, residues and resin materials. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) identifies molecular structures from infrared absorption.
What it does
They are used to find the source of organic contamination and to evaluate photoresists, adhesives and packaging resins.
