Overview
DAD3350 is an automatic dicing saw from DISCO. It meets a wide range of processing needs.
Workpieces up to Φ8 inch are supported, and up to 250 mm square with a special specification. A 1.8 kW spindle is standard, and the optional 2.2 kW high-torque spindle allows processing of everything from silicon to difficult materials such as ceramics. With a special specification it also supports blades up to Φ5 inch.
A rigid gantry structure and a front-supported spindle that limits thermal expansion and vibration give a stable processing point. Image recognition functions such as auto alignment, auto focus and auto kerf check are built in, and operation is designed with replacement of the earlier 300 and 500 series in mind.
