Overview

ESPEC is headquartered in Osaka Prefecture, with a plant in Fukuchiyama, Kyoto and an R&D center in Kobe. For semiconductor reliability testing it makes highly accelerated stress test (HAST) chambers, static burn-in chambers, thermal shock chambers and temperature and humidity chambers.

Its EHS series HAST chambers reach up to 142.9 °C (162.2 °C on the high-pressure type) with pressurized humidity, its RBC burn-in chambers cover -55 to +150 °C depending on model, and its TSA thermal shock chambers switch between hot and cold without moving the samples.
